Orders: All orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours from the business day when they are placed. Orders are not binding until accepted by customer service. Bulbsandballast.com reserves the right to cross-reference any item to available stock. If you require a specific product from a specific manufacturer, please notify us in the special instructions box and we will do our best to locate them for you. If we do not have the item in stock you will be notified immediately. We will do our best to make sure that you receive the specific item you requested.
Pricing: Due to the differences in prices structure between brands, the prices on our site apply only to orders online. If there has been a price increase or change, you will be notified immediately.
Payment Terms: We accept Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as payment for online purchases. For commercial customers, we offer Net 15 days with approved credit. For credit application, please contact our customer service department at 205-788-6088. You will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed a credit application. Once that has been processed and approved your account will be active upon notification.
Special Order: Items that are currently not in stock and considered “special order” are considered “non-returnable”. You will be notified in advance if an item is a “special order” item.
Returns and Credit: Returns must be pre-authorized by bulbsandballast.com customer service and must be retuned within 7 business days from the receipt of the material. For returns, e-mail our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. A restocking fee of 30% may be applied to returns where bulbsandballast.com has made no error or misrepresentation of an item(s). Restocking fees may be waived if an equal purchase or exchange is made. However, initial freight cost will not be credited.
Damages / Shipping Errors: Any item(s) received by you or your company must be inspected immediately for damage. If your shipment appears to be damaged, note that with the carrier on their bill of lading or shipping information and contact our home office via e-mail at email@example.com. If you find an error in your shipment, please contact our office at once in order to make sure that your order is corrected. Your satisfaction is a top priority.
